The Sinister Six is about the origins of the team
Then that leads in The Amazing Spider-Man 3 where he fights the Sinister Six wearing the black suit which is Followed by The Venom Movie and that leads into The Amazing Spider-Man 4 and Spider-Man fights Venom in it

That is most likely what they're doing but I suspect that they'll leave the symbiote out for now and introduce it in Venom (from what I read in an article a while ago where they mentioned that the symbiote would not appear until Venom if I recall correctly.)
I'd personally prefer it if they left out Venom for now, as much as I'd prefer him to the S6 spin-off.
