If you think about it, it's pretty similar to the present because at that point MJ did not want to be w/ Peter anymore so there ya go single Spidey.

 

Then, after that, really I would say no more ret cons!

In my mind though, the current status quo definitely needs to be undone to fix Spidey's legacy and true life story.
