I've just seen the teaser!!!!!!!

I admit that I liked the trailer, but the last shot with Craig would have looked so much cooler with Pierce.

Admit it!

I agree

Goyer says it doesn't make it fact,as i said Filmmakers are prone to spouting off crap to try and make out they are special

No, the interviewer was just commenting on how unique the teaser was and Goyer just told him Nolan's intent. He wasn't trying to glorify the situation, but merely explaining it.

Those movies were groundbreaking BB wasn't

It may not have been "groundbreaking", but it certainly was unique.

I disagree, the emphasis was on a restart focusing on Wayne's journey

The teaser couldn't effectively get that across in 70 seconds (how can you, really?) so instead it focused more on Bruce as a character instead of loosely cut action shots of Batman fighting or Bruce fighting or explosions.

That's a good point but not a problem with the trailer, thats a problem with initial casting choices

It's synergistic with the teaser because the casting is an obvious problem. People who watch the teaser will get instantly confused. And thus it's a problem with the teaser.

There's something in Craig's demeanour that makes Bond seem more cold blooded and ruthless but i agree Brosnan looks much more the part and while i think Craig will play a good spy im yet to be convinced he will play a good Bond

My sentiments exactly.

Actually, the entire FILM would've been better with Pierce.

ive watched it about a dozen times already. cant wait for the english version. this movie looks great :-) .

I thought the teaser was really good. I think we should wait until an English version before passing complete judgment. But I'm very excited right now.

Or taking advantage to sound smarter than they were, but again if this interviewer found it unique he really isn't seeing enough cinema

I didn't see anything unique about it,i saw a very good movie but nothing more

The trailers structure showed a young boy and then a man in the vast open spaces in The mountains followed by the shot coming out of th dark, thats very symbolic of a journey and evlolution of a character

We are talking about a trailer made with the materials they are given, that problem lies souly with the initial casting choices it doesn't effect the quality of the teaser

looks exactly as I pictured it, very gritty gritty. I'll miss Pierce but I'm very excited and like the direction the film is going in. Hope the rest of the general public does too

ha, a teaser that doesn't even show the bond car...

hahaha....

what's happening to the world...

Um..if he's driving an Aston Martin then it did. Briefly.

And, honestly, if the best critique anyone can come up with is "he's blonde" then that's not saying much. He's obviously in the best shape of all the Bonds. He looks like he can do some damage unlike Moore the doughboy. He has the most physical presence since Connery. And the fight scenes look great. Check him disarming the knife. Excellent.

Bottom line. I'll see the whole movie and judge then. But till then I'll just say so far so good.

The teaser was cool. Still not really sure what I think of the gunbarrel bit, though...

I loved it actually.. something new.. i just hope they don't do it that way in all of the new movies.

New gun barrel style scenes for each flick and location?

I don't think the trailer would have been improved by an old, greying Irishman shuffling around, wheezing, and desperately trying to suck his gut in, no.

The teaser is interesting, but it's a little too slick; meaning that the editing seems more skillful than the filmmaking.

How can you say that? You havn't even seen the movie so how can you say the editing is more skillful than the filmmaking when you havn't seen anything? :o

This gunbarrel version is a lot better than bond just walking along, turning left and firing a shot. We now see an emphasis on bond's speed and accuracy in what appears to be in a public toilet. I think its definately better.

They won't - the whole point of this is that it's Bond Begins. It reveals where the gun barrel comes from, why it's used in every film.

Nope. It was Nolan's intention all along. And the trailer was unique. Just like the film. :)

I didn't see anything unique about it,i saw a very good movie but nothing more

It was the best comic-book movie yet released.

The trailers structure showed a young boy and then a man in the vast open spaces in The mountains followed by the shot coming out of th dark, thats very symbolic of a journey and evlolution of a character

Which is very unique for a trailer. :D The teaser for Casino Royale should've done something like that.

We are talking about a trailer made with the materials they are given, that problem lies souly with the initial casting choices it doesn't effect the quality of the teaser

Yes it does. The audience will surely get confused. And thus it effects the quality, because it will undoubtedly effect the audience. Synergy.

Hmm. I think this will generate the same argument that people used against Batman Begins -- Who cares where it came from?

Does the gun barrel have to have an origin?

The teaser was total awesomeness!!!

That should silence the Craig haters for good now.
