James Bond 24 - Part 1

I did read your post- I really don't think that the movie has attracted a disproportionately bad reputation.

For me, there are a few movies that are so artlessly and lovelessly made that they don't merit the claim that they're "so bad they're good". DAD is one, Batman and Robin is another.

Woahwoahwoah, no need to hate on B&R. Let's chill out.

It does seem Bond 24 and 25 will be the last appearances for Craig, taking his tally up to five films. Which is a good number. If they're writing the scripts with that in mind, it will be interesting if they're aiming for some thematic finish for him. I'm not proposing a reboot after Craig, either. I hope Whishaw, Harris and Fiennes stay around.

To be honest, the 25th entry in the franchise seems like a great number to bow out.

Plus by that point he'll be nearing 50. Craig aging isn't as noticeable as Moore's was because Craig is one of those guys who seems to look the same no matter how old he gets, but it's still better to quit while you're ahead.

Craig was born with a haggard face, and the body of a Greek god. He'll be 80 and still have a bloody six pack, just watch.

I'll be happy if he gets five films, it's all I really want. Since the beginning I wanted at least five. I do regret we didn't get a fifth Brosnan film to make up for DAD even with the original stories he got in video game form.

Brosnan seemed to age ten years after DAD. Can't blame him.

My life in 7th grade: Nightfire. Everyday.

I would have loved to see Roger Moore acting like an old, tired Bond because in reality, he was one. It would have been the reverse of Daniel Craig.
An older and more tired Bond, but still up for the game. Still the best 00-agent

They could have done CR in 95 with Brosnan but I think they didn't have the rights to CR back then if I'm not mistaken.
Great suggestion. I also think it could have been done with Dalton in 87

Landrise, truly the direction continuation of Skyfall.

"Risico" sounds fairly cool, "The Property of a Lady" sounds like a tedious Agatha Christie novel.
