Jamie Alexander has a Blindspot

A full season for Taylor Sif? I see sparks fly!

Watched the first few episodes and am willing to give it more time but its a rather boring show with none of the actors being particularly memorable or charismatic. The Blacklist this is not. If anything it has shown that WB was right not casting JA as Wonder Woman. She is quite a wooden actor. I loved Strikeback but even Sullivan Stapleton looks bad in this.

Still loving that Taylor Sif name brilliant :hehe:

one of the things that kinda irked me the first 2 episodes was how Jane would disobey orders and do her own thing. i really liked the Weller yelled at her about how they've been a team for years and they have a way of doing things that she has to respect and follow if she wants to be a part of it. that felt very realistic to me cuz someone needed to say it to her.

she's getting a lot of leeway with the FBI given her situation so she needs to meet them halfway

I'm hesitant to start watching this because the reviews are mixed and I keep hearing its boring

Personally, I don't find it boring. It's quite good actually. And if we're making comparison to The Blacklist, this has a similar thing in that the leads (James Spader and Jaimie Alexander) really shine while the supports, while decent, kind of get overshadowed.

The show's not great, but it's good.

I'm glad she's part of the team. I was getting tired of:

"Jane stay in the car".
"But I can help."
"No, stay in the car."
"But I can handle myself, you've seen that."
"Stay anyway."
*Moments later, Jane get's out of the car.

I'm also surprised they revealed her identity so early in the season.

Taylor Sif didn't like it that Weller was not-so-cheery captain while she was on the bleachers. :o

i liked it though. he's the leader of the team and they're dealing in life and death.

she's too impulsive, stubborn and it hasn't gelled with the team. i'm glad he called her on it. it helps her build trust by making her feel a part of the team, but they have to be able to feel they can trust her too. Reed obviously doesn't. Zapata seems pretty neutral, Weller and Patterson seem pretty on board and now i can't wait to see how Mayfair is going to handle things from here on out.

This weeks ep was the best one for Weller so far and they have started to give the supporting agents some character. Judging by the sizzle reel the show could pick up momentum soon I think, even if they have reset things a bit with the tooth discovery.

So she may not be Taylor Sif after all.

All she knew was a simple name. Everything has changed. :o

Btw, it was cool how when she went to save Weller, even though there was a deadly bacteria, she just went head first fearless into the situation.

I knew her being Taylor was too easy. I like how they're giving each of the team members some backstory as well. Anyone else think that something's off with the tech girl's BF? He's too eager to help. :oldrazz:

Really enjoyed the last two episodes. The more Ashley Johnson the better. Also seeing Lucia from The Americans again was awesome, while pissing me off at the same time.

i think he's a spy

So giving the tattoos a potential double meaning has extended their life, otherwise they'd soon run out once they've covered all of them. It's not like there are hundreds of tattoos. I'm not sure how many there are on her body though, but doesn't look more than a hundred.

They are also layered and with the double or even triple meaning they can have I think the series will run out before they do for tattoos. Of course whether they can keep the idea of these tattoos have prescient meaning is another matter.

Yeah, he's a little too nosy. Seems like something's not right there, though it could just be a red herring.

Speaking of which, I'm really digging Ashley Johnson on this show. Her character is so bubbly and likeable; she a bit like Felicity on Arrow (my favorite character on that show).

LOL, I love your new avvy Rows. And yes, Ashley Johnson's character is the only one that's making an impression on me here, tbh. But yeah her boyfriend is obviously up to no good.

i liked Patterson's quipping with the young hacker. she picked up on a tattoo right away, wouldn't be a bad idea to keep an eye on her for consultations.

"Don't touch my keyboard!"

i loved that while Jane got uncomfortable in the plane could fly the helicopter like a pro only to be uncomfortable on the plane ride home :hehe:.
