In the script Prime calls Jazz his 2nd in command. Why would the lieutenant be the smallest(and going by the script one of the weakest) in the group? Thats just dumb to me

I thought they called him Trailor Trash 2.0 or Tailgate of the New Millineum? Couldn't he juist be called Hot Rod for Bay cares. I think he saw the TF movie and not the original show. Therefore all the cheap knockoff characters. I don't what happened with Megs though.
