Alright guys, when I first saw a picture of armie...next to his incredibly unmasculine name.
I laughed at the notion of him as Batman, but then I saw the deserate housewives episode with him in it.

- His voice is impressively deep - a first of ANY onscreen Batman (except for maybe Adam West) that I can think of.
- His face IS capable of becoming menacing and scary.
- He is pretty tall, and his "build" can easily become one of the "bulkiest" Batmans we have ever seen on screen. Lets be honest, Bale isn't really that big.
- Infact, after watching him in action, I think the only down side to him is the age thing. and if the movie makers want someone young then we should be glad he doesn't look like a twelve year old. Anyone they choose will be young.

Wow. He looks at least 25 in those pics. I have no problem with this guy.

Damn his voice is deep. It starts off the second segment if you're wondering.

O.k. I just did a test. Without telling him any info, I showed my husband those pictures and asked him to guess the guy's age. He guessed 30. This morning I was freaking out, but that was based on earlier pictures where the guy looked super young and puny. If he can pull off the look, size, voice, and do it while having the appearance of being in his early 30s, then he has my support. I really think it hinges now on the Superman casting. If you put Hammer next to Common and Gale and an older (or older looking) Superman, I think he might fit in just fine. Anyway, I'm revising my previous opinion from being completely against him to giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah I am REALLY impressed with his voice. It is deeper than MINE and I sign baritone-bass! He isn't a bad actor at all. I could totally see him as the suave Bruce Wayne.

Well i would prefer that your Iesb theory about casting that guy as a young bruce Wayne would be true.

I can't buy that in the story a guy who look as young as O Donnel Robin is already Batman .

That's just the way things go around here. Come February, JL is going to be the only real big superhero fim besides Wolverine shooting. These forums are going to be swarmed with people wanting info and pics so they can talk about how much the movie sucks, yet are going to be there waiting for the trailer ,and opening night of the movie so they can come back here and pick it apart with everyone else.

I like Hammer, too.

Considering Robin's age was wrong, how is that a factor in judging Hammer's Batman. A boy wonder shouldn't be 20.t:

and Batman has never looked as young apart before leaving from his travels as bruce Wayne around the word.anyways that's not the most important point : the thing is that i find him unimpressive (even with his physic yep) very little charisma.and Bruce Wayne should not look younger and less interesting looking than Wonder Woman.
