Well the running rumor has been feb 11th for a long time now. But we know things can change at a heartbeat so who know what will happen right now.

I feel bad for Routh. I thought he did a good job.
The only problem was with Brian Singer and his version of Superman
Brian thought he was giving us a true updated version of Sups but what he gave us was the Superman version of The Da Vinci Code.
and muted colors because red, yellow, and blue, clashed. He said it wasn't contemporary WHAT!?!
The S was to small, the colors too muted, the belt had an S, the cape didn’t have one, the shorts were Speedos and too low, the hair was parted on the right side on both Clark and Superman when it should have changed sides from right to left when changing along with the glasses, and not to mention he couldn’t even come up with his own story.
Routh didn’t deserve this however Brian did.

I agree,he seemed like he was honoured to have the role and with better direction couldve been much much better...

However theres something about Welling that just oozes Superman for me,its like he has this aura (im sure many will disagree but it my opinion-ive always thought so and always will even if he isnt cast as Supes).

He looks different to Christopher Reeve too which would help him to be his own Superman,a new supes for a new generation...JUST DONT **** WITH THE SUIT!!

OMG! So Routh is back in cape? What is the deal with these rumors. Plus, now Welling rumors are hitting again? What was it that Vader use to say about the circle being complete. I think that person who keeps saying that is probably just fooling around because i doubt robin will be in this we already have superman, batman, two flashs, aquaman, martian manhunter, and wonder woman in this. Also from the stuff we have heard reguarding the film theses are the only heroes names we heard to be in.

Robin is killed prior to the story in this movie, by a bad-guy with superpowers. That's why Batman has his doubts about everyone with superpowers. We will se a flashback where Robin is killed with Batman helplessy watching. Superman saves Batman in the nick of time and that's how they meet and start to form the Justice League. But their motives are highly different. Superman wants the league so they can combine their power, Batman wants the league so he can more easily keep an eye on them.


Nah, just kidding.

well the thing with people thinking is delayed or canned we havent heard anything official from wb but miller and people like emi and her sources keep saying it is not delayed and it is going to start in feb and all that. We will just have to wait and see.

The thing about being delayed or canned we dont know if it is true or not. Yes various news sites like HR and Variety have said it is delayed. But then we have miller saying it isnt and emi's souces(trusted or not) keep saying also it isnt delayed. Right now it is just a waiting game for us.

I don't think it's delayed, I think the cast isn't set in stone. And that's why we aren't getting official news. It's not unheard of to recast this late for a major role, In LOTR Aragorn was recast after shooting had already started.

Yea like some others its probably been the casting side of things that are holding things up. We had rumors the other month someone might have droped out of the film and then we now are hearing its possibly one or two heroes havent got the official signed contract to the film. But if filming does indeed start feb 11th then by then if it hasnt been revealed we should know the cast.
