HAMMIL no way, you need a serious dark actor, i wouldn't mind Sean Penn but he might be way too serious for this role, like he could pull the gangster mean baddie, but the look of white face, well maybe can some one try and make a image but make it well, i wouldn't mind seeing a computer graphic artist POV

I think Hamil could play dark and serious, he was a more evil joker in TMOTP. They had to have him play a more kid friendly joker cuz the cartoon was geared at kids. Though Sean Penn could prb do it too, he's a brilliant actor.

ya thats what I was thinkin, but w/ the makeup they could prb make his face look alright, though he's too old to be physically up to par in any of the new series of movies. I think his only chance will be if they make a DKR movie, and to that we can only hope.

yeah i would love to see sean penn play him but make-up and physical work may be a bit too much for. he could do the seriousness of the new films justice, but with nolans look he can be dark like look at mystic river he was great as a dark character, he was amazing in that film! but he is a bit up tight and might not want to be smiling for an entire film. i'll try to make a picture of sean as the joker but maybe i'll leave it to professional fan boys, well sean penn is my choice, better then leo and that guy from willard at least.

Well, yes, a lot of people did and some still do. Keaton's height is only a non-issue if you are as impressed as much as I am with is performance. I really wish they could've transplanted his eyes and brain into the body of someone like Mel Gibson. Then he would've been perfect.
