How did you get the full pic?

if it was the joker without white makeup they wouldve said so
Plus Nolan said in the interview there is no backstory for him at all. Having him without makeup would negate that.
I think what Nolan meant by it being a mini-film was that it technically is the first six minutes of The Dark Knight but that he filmed it intending it to be a mini-film to watch before I Am Legend. I think I finally understand what they've been talking about. What has seemed like a contradiction probably isn't so.
seriously...baddest f-ckin picture of all time.![]()
Now I can't wait to go see The Dark Knight next year.
This might be my NEW favorite Batman movie
Nolan explained to MTV News that the Joker we meet in "The Dark Knight" is fully formed. Don't look for an origin story here. "To me, the Joker is an absolute," he said. "There are no shades of gray to him maybe shades of purple. He's unbelievably dark. He bursts in just as he did in the comics."
definitely. this IS the opening minutes of the movie. like a cold opener. this plays, and is separate from the story from the movie most likely. or at least, can be watched separately. but it is the opening of TDK. i can't f-ckin wait for this. i am dyin here.I think what Nolan meant by it being a mini-film was that it technically is the first six minutes of The Dark Knight but that he filmed it intending it to be a mini-film to watch before I Am Legend. Yea the Batman pic is from the end of Begins.
And to answer the make up question
well look at the most recent photo (the top one) thats after the masks removed, I guarentee it.
This thread got too long, but incase people think the Wizard pic is the Joker in the opening scene in the bank, that is definately wrong. We already saw him clearly in the spy pics wearing grey and in the IMAX announcement pics where he's behind the screen, he's got the same outfit on and that is the bank scene.
The dialogue sounds great.
to anyone who doesn't think so I challenge you to come up with superior dialogue.
sometimes the quality of dialogue is highly enhanced by the acting. bruce willis for example can make any line sound awesome. think about the begins dialogue. not oscar worthy in any stretch of the imagination, but most of it sounds really good coming from the mouths of good actors. it's all in the deliveryI'm really not into the lines in the dialogue, really cheesey. But the guy the wrote the description is a pretty weak writer and I think (hope) he was paraphrasing and it will all come off better in context.
Yea as usual I agree with ya Carn.
Hey bud the last time we had a countdown on WSS was in July so...hehehehe I'm getting excited lol.
You going to be on Jow Chat in the morning?
Same here.Must....not....read.......gaaaaahh!! *head explodes*

yeah. he also mentioned how he wanted the first time we REALLY see the joker to be as grand as possible. so his big reveal wouldn't be without the white face."Schools out! Time to go!"
ha ****ing wicked! That's downright hilarious to me, and it says a lot about who he will be in the film.
Yea don't worry about him not having the make up on, from what I take Nolan mentions that Joker just bursts onto the scene and he is just there, he is. From the get go he is probably the good old Joker we know and love.
