Ronny Shade said:That the Joker was destined to become The Joker and he was destined to become batman's arch nemesis and they were destined to be locked in a neverending battle between good and evil until the end of time

Actually, I'm surprised you're going for this. It's not really in the vein of "realism" that they've been doing.
but it could begin the bridge between realism and the semi-supernatural that (like it or not) IS a part of the Batman mythos.![]()
Two Face said:Joker wears a mask? no I don't think so unless Nolan uses Red Hood for Joker has the pics above shown.
I love you.raybia said:Well, the never-ending battle between good and evil as been a part of human mythology since the dawn of time so I consider it to fit perfectly within Nolan's vision.
I also believe us fans have more on a hang up on this "reality" bit than Nolan does himself. He said Batman is "grounded" in reality. You always built structures from the ground up.
2000 years ago, Man traveling and walking on the moon was not reality and I think Nolan movies will evolve demonstrating extraordinary moments that while very improbably, won't be impossible.
Kind of like Terminator or T2. Everything that happened "seemed" possible and plausable. I think and hope that is what Nolan is shooting for.

I think the whole 'escalation' bit at the end of BB pointed to exactly what you're saying. Seriously, some people *are* talking the realism thing way too far and none of them are Chris Nolan.I also believe us fans have more on a hang up on this "reality" bit than Nolan does himself. He said Batman is "grounded" in reality. You always built structures from the ground up.
Ronny Shade said:**** that, let's just make our own Batman movie.
Ronny Shade said:I did think of it, but in my zeal to have no origin, I passed it up.
This could work. And it could work extremely well.
I'm just worried how it will fit in with the Joker card at the end of BB.
