It won't be so.
Joker will be killing mob bosses gradually to get more power. He won't do that like it happened in B89.
If you read TLH, you know what I am talking about. Besides, sequels will have most parts from this comic book.
He is a serial killer, who wants to have a power after he will kill all mob bosses.
