I whod like him to be a stand aloner, but i whod also like to se him yous inmates frome Arkham ass henchmen.

If the plot indeed turns out to be that he is killing off mob bosses one by one to take over Gotham's underworld, he will absloutley NEED henchmen. You can't possibly run a criminal empire like that without goons.
If it's like Batman #1, where he is just killing off people in order to steal from them (or some other lunatic reason), he doesn't need hired guns.
As far as who would work for such a lunatic, perhaps someone who is as crazy as he is, maybe some of the Arkaham escapees. And there are some thugs who will work for anyone, doing whatever is asked of them, as long as they get paid. And I see no need for fancy getups or funny names. Although it might work if, as someone said earlier, he decides he doesn't like their real names, perhaps naming them after real-life comedians, like Shecky, Chaplin, Henny, or even Bozo, that kind of thing. No Hee-hee or Giggles or Chuckles.

Please explain to me the usefulness of Harley as a 'henchmen'. She is a fun, loveable and cute 'comic relief' (as ironic as that might sound) character on the cartoon. She only is there to make thing worse for the Joker and annoy him with her puppy love antics.

As long as they're better than Lex Luthor's henchmen from SR. They were meh.

Pretty much. Watered down version's of the original movie and Kumar. They were just there, with no screen presence. Ah, you're reminding me on how worthless SR was.
