Supergirl Jon Cryer is Lex Luthor

You know what I’d love just a random episode next season, it doesn’t have to fit the overall season narrative. But have Supergirl team with Superman to take on Lex & a bigger threat. Don’t have it be about Supergirl been made to look better or bigger than Superman. Just have it be a fun team up like Worlds Finest was in Season One.

I don't think we will be getting a Superman episode for a while, I think that was the whole purpose of him going to Argo. As far as the Arrowverse, I think he has retired...lol

I never said ths season, also he made it clear in his dialogue in Elseworlds Part 3 that it's not a permanent retirement.

It is obvious that it isnt this season.....that was already said a while back. I could see them pulling him out of retirement in the last season.

He'll show in the next crossover, esp because it'll deal with the Crisis. Who knows yet what will happen there, say if we get a reversal of Superman dying and Supergirl crying over his body, But we do have to meet the next scion of the House of El! That should be pretty cool when that happens.

As for this season, I've been enjoying it, esp when they stay away from the Children of Liberty story line. This stuff with Lex is so much more entertaining. And yes, she has had less fight scenes and been in more of her Kara persona, but I still see all of her as Supergirl anyway.

I don't think so. That will be Oliver Queen's swan song, since we know Arrow is ending after 10 eps, and it seems pretty clear Oliver made some sort of deal with the Monitor for that sacrifice in this crossover. In the comics, it's Barry and Kara who give their lives in that event, and Oliver made a deal to spare them in this one. I doubt Superman was included in that deal, and let's be real, killing off Superman there would steal his thunder. Plus, killing Supes RIGHT after he had a kid would be a level of cruel that's not really the CW writers' M.O.

I do hope they don't kill him off. I would like for them to bring him back, even if he only continues to stay in the background, helping from time to time.
