Ah okay, good for them thenIt appears to be inspired by Cable's look in the "Fatal Attractions" crossover that ran through the X-books in the early 90s.
The 'fade' was really popular back then.
Agreed. Just looking at their outfits alone, neither Cable or Domino are identifiable as their comic book counterparts. Taken all together, however, both are identifiable adaptations. My previous posts were (hopefully obvious) jokes. I have no issue with their version of Cable. It is interesting that so few people have a problem with his outfit compared to those who had an issue with Domino's. Maybe they just haven't commented yet.
deadpool 2 is the setup for x-force just like iron man 2 set up the avengers and bvs setup justice league.hopefully though the final film will be better than thoseWhats interesting about the choice of characters in Deadpool 2 is that most of them were at some point in a X-Force team.
After Colossus losing the Phoenix 5 force he had, he joined Cable in the comic called "Cable and the x-force". Cable's team had also Domino which she and Colossus end up dating there for while.
Deadpool was also in a different X-Force team which had Psylocke, Wolverine, Angel and Fantomex.
So, in Deadpool 2 we have Colossus, Domino, Cable and Deadpool all former members of the X-Force not necessarily on the same x-force team but still.
Could this lead to a X-Force movie? I'd love that.

I like it. I just wish they had taken it a little farther. I'd like to have seen some prosthetics on his face. I'm really surprised there aren't any with all the casting they did on him. It was apparently just for the scars.
He's gonna be hilarious. If he brings his Agent K from MIB3, his Hail Caeser performance and his Sicario performance, his Cable will be something else.I'm glad they didn't have the T-O on his face. I like how it's creeping up his neck though.
I think Brolin will kill it with his performance. He's actually got great comic timing in a deadpan, stoic kinda way. Perfect foil to Deadpool.
The costume needs improvement but he looks like Cable though slim and shorter.
Jean is his mother. She raised him and a person isn't incorrect for claiming her as suchLooks great. I'm more worried about his story than anything else.
I see a lot of people on twitter confusing facts. People don't seem to know the difference from Cable (Nate Summers), Stryfe, and Nate Grey (X-Man).
They also constant make the mistake of thing that Jean Grey is his mom, when his parents are actually Madelyne Pryor and Cyclops.
And some people thinks he's a cyborg when he is actually just a mutant infected by the tecno organic virus.
Ryan Reynolds just liked my twit, I hope this means he acknowledge I'm right.
"Will you also explain that he's not actually a cyborg but is infect by the tecno organic virus and he uses his TK power to prevent spreading"
