So yeah I just watched this for first time ever.

And i had an absolute blast. Yes, this movie is terrible but in the best possible way. Its crazy, has lots of over the top action, hilariously horrible dialogue and one liners, moves at a quick pace, has a cool cyber punk vibe, you can see the light in Stallone’s eyes die in every scene and…its got Rob Schneider!

I loved this movie. One of the best bad movies I've ever seen. Thoughts?

In 1995 there were both a Batman movie and a Judge Dredd movie, I love both, but prefer the one with Mr. Law and Superman's foster mom.

In 2012 there were both a Batman movie and a Judge Dredd movie, I love both, but prefer the one starring the guy in a bat suit. Although I think Karl Urban had a better Batman voice than Batman did.

I haven't seen this film in soooooo long. Literally not since I was a kid. But I remember having endless amounts of fun watching it on video. Such a ridiculously ott, bombastic spectacle of a movie. :applaud I loved it. This, Batman Forever and Mighty Morhpin' Power Rangers The Movie are the holy trilogy of ridiculously fun 1995 movies.

For all it's faults, the 1995 Dredd movie understands that it's supposed to be satire. Dredd is a representation of fascism, and the punishments he hands out are worse than the crimes.

The 2012 movie just tried to be a badass, post-Dark Knight action movie, and lost the purpose of the character.
