Whenever they've tried to be ultra-serious like in The Lost World, people complained. Just go full b-movie. That's what the last movie did!

Can't really argue with that. The series has essentially become B-grade movies with A-grade budgets.

Blue's CGI in that close up shot in the lab looks atrocious.

But other than that, can't wait! Some really gorgeous shots in there.

Really solid trailer IMO. I'm definitely getting more of a horror vibe which is good and I liked seeing more of the mainland stuff. Those shots of the mosasaur looked great too, especially the bit where it's jumping at the helicopter and eats the guy lol.

Still has that really clean/glossy/digital look I hate so much, but overall this looks like a big step up from World. Goldblum's the icing on the cake.

They need to tone down the filters. I miss Sam Neil. Alan Grant is my favourite JP character.

I stopped watching the trailer about halfway through. Felt like the plot was being fed to me. Looked good from what I saw though.

I tell you what they lucked out on Pratt the guy is entertaining to watch whatever he's doing [except for that for Passengers that movie is pure **** ]

The I-rex skeleton in the Mosasaurus tank was a fun detail.

Yeah, some of the CG still needs some work. But it looks fine, for the most part.

Kind of loving the focus on Blue. I wonder if the T-rex will go on a city rampage like her cousin.

He's certainly on the map now. I don't love his JW character so far but if he wanted to try being the next Indiana Jones I'd welcome him to give it a go. And that's not something that I could say of most actors.
