Justice League Justice League: News and Speculation - - - - - - - - - - Part 37

They were fighting a giant brown monster at night with a bunch of stuff on fire and explosions. In Justice League they will be fighting parademons that we've already seen in a scene that was very well done. This "concern" is questionable at best.

Someone said they are using a different effects studio, so what is the problem? Do some think Snyder going to do his own computer graphics out of his garage? I don't get it.

If anything, the visuals in Justice League will be closer to the Knightmare scene, which is one of the brightest scenes in BvS. Especially the scenes when Parademons arrive.

I linked it also because it was edited with the awesome "Kick-Ass" Movie soundtrack.

I doubt the visuals will be brighter they will most likely be the same just with lighter tone.

The one shot made it even better..

I mean the effects don't look fake under good lighting and that knighmare scene had good lighting.

In my opinion, nothing in that scene looks fake. The CG is well done. There is a lot of sand/dust effects in that scene that I thought were real until I really paid attention and realized it was CG enhanced..

No I wasn't talking about that scene as that scene visuals are stunning I'm talking about the upcoming Justice League film. I'm worried about the final battle and if the cgi is used correctly in the final fight.

I think the final battle is going to look similar to the knightmare scene with the parademons and that looks pretty real. We should be fine.

Any chance that Colin Farrell will be Green Lantern (Hal Jordan)?

Well Let's hope

never get the hate for dark visuals bvs was darker because majority of the big set pieces happen in Gotham - BVS Fight,Doomsday Fight,Warehouse Batman scene, etc.

it will be lighter and darker when it needs to be there is plenty of day scenes in BVS

I was watching the Knightmare scene over and over again and I just love it,if JL is anything like that,it will be great.

No, seems like there won't be any Hal/GL in the movies for quite some time, because the studio doesn't have the balls to promote a brand they tarnished themselves.

Charles Dance casting rumour? Yes please!

I don't get where people get this idea from. Seems more likely that he just doesn't fit in the story they're running with quite yet. We know he's coming though. What's the big deal?

funny that given all the complaints that BVS was "overstuffed", not including GL in JL means "they don't have a the balls to do so" :whatever:

I didn't think BvS being overstuffed was that much of an issue, Iron Man 2 did the same thing. And it's obvious GL's exclusion from JL is because of the 2011 movie. Green Lantern has always been an integral founding member of the team, this isn't an Ant-Man or a Wasp type of exclusion. Let's say they did a Flash movie a few years back and it failed the same way GL did, after which Flash was conspicuously absent from Justice League, don't you think the movie would be the reason for it? I refuse to accept their stupid excuses that they already had too many characters, you can tell me they can have characters like Gordon, Vulko or Mera in the movie, but not Green Lantern? It's obvious why he isn't there, the fact that his movie is last on their slate speaks for itself. I can fully enjoy a JL movie with no Green Lantern, but let's not kid ourselves about the reasons for his absence.

The Green Lantern mythos is the most expansive of the DCU because the entire universe - literally - is the GLC's jurisdiction.

What don't people get about that? Geoff Johns is now the creative guy in charge of the DCU. His absolute favorite superhero is Hal Jordan. WB/DCF just want to do it right. Introducing the New Gods will inevitably lead to the introduction of the Guardians of Oa and ALL of the Lantern Corps. Calm your **** guys.

I haven't seen JL so I wouldn't really know.

 exactly

Marvel didn't seen to have a problem with having Hulk in the Avengers, despite the poor reception on his last two films.Or recasting.

So if WB is copying Marvel like people sometimes suggest, they'd know they'll be fine having GL in an ensemble movie.
