because he was implying theres some connection between the mysteries of Clark and Kara due to family connections

considering she's using Kent it would have to be Jonathan's side...

its more to do with Clark supposedly being unaware of his biological family

Isn't Martha Kent now a federal level US Senator? I'm sure she has the resources now to create an identity, more resources than Papa Kent had way back when he had to get Lionel to fake the adoption
