so what the hell was up with that shower scene towards the end? the relationship between those 3 just got a whole lot weirder.

I actually loved that scene, because it's actually a fantasy I have of finding a girl who's cool with it and would let me have both. It's extremely hard to find a girl or guy like that. So it was oddly a really nice scene, but I'd say the weird part is that the act of violence turned them on before Will walked in on them. I'm kind of afraid of what they'll do to him now though that he didn't kill the girl and if it was an act to get to him. Like they'll use his sensitive and vulnerable side to really turn him into a victim which it seems he already is in a sense. Will seems to be that classic lost guy who falls into a cult because he's longing for family and not necessarily that he wants to kill - just wants to kill to be part of something. Like in the 70s (although I wasn't around and just know due to a 'Cold Case' episode).

Them keeping the kidnapped store clerk, instead of just killing her, makes me believe Paul and Emma want Will to eventually accomplish his first kill.

Definitely. And it's probably going to be killing her in the worst way possible and forcing him to do it. Because if he does the worst imaginable and gets through it - the rest would be "easy." I see them wanting to screw him up, especially after their plan included screwing the boy up.

What was she thinking? She plays it cool leaving the basement. Then she mucked it up.

I dunno. I find the whole thing with the kidnapped girl disturbing. She's sitting there and they are talking about killing her like it's nothing and then she gets away but doesn't get away and she's right back in the chair again. It's cruel and it makes me uneasy. We know that its just an actor, but in real life it would break most people. I assume she is going to get rescued because the promo showed them finding the house, but still... It made me sad.

I disagree. I'm just not finding it that interesting and Bacon is like the only good actor. If there was something better on Mondays at 9 oclcok I would probably stop watching but for now, I'm hoping for an improvement soon.

Yeah, I mean we've had the basement of tortured dogs, teaching a child about murder, the physiological crushing of the girl almost escaping, post violence bisexual threesome and the lead characters sister kidnapped in just 4 eps.
