Well.....Halo 3 as of now is being called "Let down of the year" according to news4gamers. Ever since the utter Bull $hit of an ending to Halo 3 was leaked onto youtube I'm just so upset.

I think Halo 2's ending is holding more promise.

I'm going to have to tell myself the samething I tell myself about the Matrix triliogy. There was no third installment.

I'll admit that the things I could actually pick up on from the 70s resolution video were pretty ****ty. But to expect Killzone 2 to actually deliver on.. any of it's promises of grandeur or high expectations is just asking for disappointment down the road.

Well, considering that H3 will sell ten million or more, guaranteed, throughout it's lifetime then I would say that Sony has something to worry about. Not to mention games like Alan Wake and Mass Effect which are still waiting in the wings.

They'd have something to worry about if there was a Halo 4, to be honest. As is, nothing will stop Halo 3 this christmas, but it's not like they'll have to worry about another one next christmas.

I don't see Alan Wake as a blockbuster, do you? Mass Effect will sell quite a lot if the warranty stuff is cleared up. I'm not sure how Unreal will do on PS3. Crisis Core is destroying everything right now, leading me to believe that an FF7 Remake for PS3 (or perhaps PSP) is inevitable.

It's different for something like Dragon Quest in that the focus of FF has been making as much of a cinimatic experience as possible. After that Realtime FFVII intro, though won't settle for anything less then that + as close to the cinimatic style of Advent Children that they can get.

Do you think that FF7 could really look THAT good in realtime. I might honestly fail out of college if it's released. I hope I've graduated by then. Damn, I can't wait, especially if Tetsuya is doing the models. Imagine Cloud vs. Sephiroth using a real time battle system...one on one.
