Oh, I'm sure that the writers make Sylar scared of something, and so we have it. What could Sylar be scared of? Not being special? In that Knox needs help from Matt's dad.

To use comic comparisons, wouldn't KNow vs Sylar be about like Caliban vs Sinister? Obvioulsy a few differences, but Sinister has the insane healing ability (due to shape shifting makign him mostlynvulnerable) much like Sylar as well as the ability to use telekinetic powers. Whereas Know just has the ability to increase his strngth from others fear, just like Caliban.

I guess you could say Sylar may be a bit more like Cable than Sinister (since Sinister is really more a telepath who can somehow use that telepathy to create force bolts that work much like telekinesis and Cable is a true telekinetic), but either way...they are way out of Caliban's league. Thats kinda how I feel Knox is compared to Sylar.

We shall see I guess.

Sylar has almost every power imaginable or will soon. Knox will probably only be around for the season. I do expect Peter and Sylar to team against him somehow.

I think everyone forgets that while regenerators can heal, they arent immune to taking damage. If knox rips off sylars head and other other body parts, He has effectively beaten sylar. These fights dont need to be, Who kills who first. Its who can incapacitate the other first.

I think everyone gives Sylar to much credit. Yeah he has many different powers, but do anyone here think he can beat someone like Superman, The Hulk, or Magneto or Jean Grey? Just throwing something out there. Sylar does indeed has writers immunity, which I think the writers make him to overrated. The writers has yet to produce a hero or vilian that has faced off against Sylar and held their own save for Perter and I guess the Haiten. The point is someone that is really powerful but has like one ability doesn't mean that Sylar is going to bowl over them. This is what gets me a lil upset about sylar and how he just owns everyone and no one seems to put up a fight. His power is cool, but i'd like to see him get his @ss kicked after he's underestiamated somebody and he has retreat.

Ok, so I know we have all see the episode were this happens, and syler would have Owned Knox and kick his but if Syler's 10 year old kid hadn't been there and Knox hadn't fighten the kick. but the scared kick made knox more powerful than syler, Syler was only able to when my useing the power of Nuclear Explosion and I notice Syler was only able to make it work after Knox killed his Kid. But if knox hadn't killed that kid he could have owned Syler even though Syler isn't afrid of him. so with out the kid or some one else powering knox, Syler owns him. But its not really hard for knox to make himself more powerful than syler.

Knox's power is to simple . Why can't black characters ever have cool powers. I mean come on. He needs fear to get stronger? why couldn't he just have strengh or at least instead of him needing fear he could just absorb energy that is used against him to make himself stronger. It would pretty hard to stop him without making him stronger, but as always we are treaed to mediocre powered balck characters.

I disagree. I think his power is an interesting take on the good old super strength. He intimidates his enemies and always senses when someone is scared. When that happens he beging to power up which makes his enemies even more scared. Plus people are always afraid of something. He just has to be around people. He can probably store his power too. The guy is just fearless.
So the black characters have lame powers huh? What about Monica or the Hatian or Micah or Steven Canfield?

and where are they?? Exactly as i've said. Micah and Monica were just a part of Nikki's story. I dont see what possiable cool stuff Micah could do with his powers. He certainly bwould be taken down quite easy. Monica's powers are so so. She can copy what someone does physically. Would be cool if she could do that with powers, but nope, if she see a skilled knitter, she'd make a damn gooc quilt.

I think Knox's fear=strength power is stupid. It relies entirely on the reactions of other people which is pretty limited.

Monica was cool though. They should have brought her back this season. She could basically acquire every physical skill known to man without any practice. That alone makes her useful enough to keep her around.
