I can't wait to see Kong, I only watch trailers one time. I hate to be spoiled so I am going in hyped. I even decided to see it on the opening Thursday night. That is a right I reserve for Marvel MCU movies, this is the exception.

The movie looks terrific, I'm sold, it's a shame that WB have to release all these clips to convince people to go out and watch this.

Also, it's sad that the movie is not tracking high, I mean the opening is projected lower than what a movie like Green Lantern got, that's saying something.

True, but I'm more worried about the possible tonal shifts he might give if the writing doesn't deliver. I hope it's integrated well, at least.
