The Family Guy, The Simpsons, and Seinfeld are full of great lessons.

but it's sad that the media has to pick up on this and actually run with it and constantly badger on about Superman being gay... it's the stupidest thing seriously
Super78 said:I'm getting real sick of all this Superman-gay crap that some of the media keeps harping on (like King).
Superman was never gay, never will be, so GET OVER IT!!!
Jerry and Joel didn't create the character that way.
George Reeves wasn't portrayed that way.
Donner didn't make his Superman movie that way.
I think its a reflection on how ****ed up our society is these days.
All of a sudden, a 70 year old comic book character is gay.

antariksh said:that is kinda true. I don't know why they call superman GAY.
I guess becasue he wears underwears outside his pants in the movies which honestly does look gay.

When suddenly Larry totally gives away the ending in SR.
You should have seen Spacey's face when he loked at Singer ( like, "What an Idiot" ) Hell you shoulda seen my face...Bleh..and 3 days before the premiere no less..
And people like KING don't need to be adding wood to the "SR is gay" fire..I mean really, for lack of once...He brought it up TWICE! At the beginning and ending of the interview! Well thankfully Brandon AND Singer had good reboutles for that.
Routh - "It's unfortunate that this brings controversy, just to sell more magazines".
Singer - "This is the most heterosexual movies I've ever made". -LOL
The Advocate (GAY magazine) see a comic book icon in tights, with a "secret" identity and right away they pull out the gay card. And then they wonder why poeple have such stereotypes of gays today.
Topdawg said:lol. Larry you IDIOT what are trying to ruin the movie?
gdw said:He just said lex is on an island. So what. A bit of a spoiler, but it's not like it's some huge reveal he spoiled.

Source: http://www.ifmagazine.com/feature.asp?article=1574iF: What did you think of that L.A. Times article posing the question "Is Superman Gay?"
SINGER: You would have expected that back in the X-MEN days, because that was the subtext there. Here, it was like "what?" My first reaction I looked at it, "oh, great picture of Superman above the fold." Its normal I guess. I was even on Larry King and he asked Brandon [Routh] and he asked me. And I told Larry, "this is probably the most heterosexual movie Ive ever made," but in a way, were in a different age, a much more liberal age and yet sex is always on peoples minds and it finds its way into everything. Here is a guy in tights. I dont know. Its an easy leap, I guess.
iF: I dont buy it.
SINGER: I dont buy it either. I just laughed. And Larry said "so you think its funny." And Im like, "how could you not." I sat there declaring, "its so heterosexual" and Im like, "why do I need to do that." Then I feel stupid, why do I even need to say that. Musicians, politicians, everybody experiences a bit of an attack. Its just the nature of these things. But then, because it's become a story, people have to ask, then I guess if theyre not talking, it could be worse, they could not be talking about it at all.
