And, I'm VERY proud to say that the Revised & Expanded Edition of MATHION is now finished!! Still have some tweaking to do with the Appendices, but the story itself has been fully revised, and it is glorious. Very different from the current version in terms of structure (a lot of character changes and one major change to a particular event) but fear not, it's still the same book! But I am so proud of how different it is now, it's a much more mature and concise work.

Most of all I want to thank you guys. You've put up with all my ramblings and allowed me to get it all out on this thread, and the few of you have even showed interest in this little project of mine have really made it special. I intend for this version of the first installment in the MAVONDURI TRILOGY the first print edition. And I intend to make you all proud. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart.

And, I have Macmillan looking at my manuscript as well. Fingers crossed! I'm hoping this year is the year. Many of you have said MATHION should be in stores, and I thank you for that, but you may actually get to see that fulfilled!

Ok, I have an excerpt I'd like to share with all of you, but only if you want to read it. That being said, let me know it's really one of my favorite scenes in the whole book and if it helps, think of Michael Fassbender as one of the characters t:

So while this may be a little bit getting ahead of myself, I can't help but envision the cast for a film adaptation for MATHION (directed by Christopher Nolan, of course )...so allow me this little moment of self-indulgence, ok? I haven't thought of everyone yet, but here's what I have so far.

Ben Barnes - Mathion (blue contact lenses is all he really needs)

Cillian Murphy- Dovosir

Sean Bean - Tharion (just needs black hair dye)

Liam Neeson- Azgharath (this is my only ABSOLUTE choice. No Neeson, no movie)

Michael Fassbender- Ecalos (Azgharath's elder son)

Tom Hiddleston- Ekannar (Ecalos's younger brother)

Keep in mind that this is my DREAM CAST (with exception of Neeson- he's the only absolute), but what would you all think?

To be honest, I've never really thought of casting yet. As of this post, 'this post', I am on...298. Started reading on 286 in wee hours of morning...problem with e-books...connected to internet...get distracted easily. Point is...Liam Neeson...he's played it all. I haven't seen him yet as...*looks it up* Zeus. Knew he was Zeus. I haven't seen those two movies yet, I imagine from action and CGI they are awesome, but I know without seeing them Liam Neeson is better off being in YOUR BOOKS TURNED INTO A MOVIE . Also the man doesn't seem to say no, so I'm sure he'll do the movie if accepted. I mean he did do Phantom of the Menace

Also, a goof? Page 294. Wrote this one down as a note to ask you. Kele'il...said 'human' Not 'Men', but 'Human' I was like Ooooooh.

Haha the Wolven use "human" to refer to Men and Wolven together. Wasn't a goof but nice catch!
