Resident Alien is pretty good but Alan Tudyk also does elevate a lot of his roles. Hope the series can last because Syfy is worse than Fox at axing shows.

I said I was done with SyFy after BSG and Caprica, and then they pulled me in with The Expanse, and welp. They won't burn me again. :argh:

He is carrying a lot of the show so far.

No offense to the rest of the cast but so far there's no one else at his level.

But Tudyk also is doing good material here. The writing is sharp and fun.

EXCLUSIVE.....newly released photo of FBI agent Fox Mulder getting inside information on the existence of space alien activity on Earth.

Not in my lifetime, lol. I'm way too chicken for that!

Got around 3 or so inches here which is enough to shut down most of the city.

3 inches wouldn't shut anything down around me :p the 10+ though will keep me from going out, seen too many idiots that think their 4 wheel drives make them expert drivers on the road

I remember the blizzard in 2015 that stopped NYC in its tracks.

Walking to the subway to get to work, which were seeming at the time to being close to being shut down in the emergency that was the storm, and the only way to get anywhere on foot was to walk in the middle of the empty except for snow street. The side walks were impossible. Even then the snow was still calf deep. And it wasn't just me. Lots were in a line behind me and in front though that was hard to see because the visibility was nil. You could not see in front of you more than a foot at best.

Getting closer to the subway station you could hear a car revving and revving and then the smell of burning tires. Someone was trying to dig their car out and drive... Someplace.

Which was just so odd and stupid. Where were they gonna go? There was no way to see anything on the road and the snowfall was so high I saw fire trucks and ambulances literally abandoned in the middle of usually busy thoroughfares because there was no way to keep going.

If someone wants to do stupid **** like that I say....fine.....but first sign a release that says "I did this stupid **** on my own....so don't complain if I kill myself."

{Voice over narration provided by Alec Baldwin}

VO: Bald @C. Lee with a weathered look on his face. He walks away as his wife and kids go shopping next door, he heads for the cheap bar next to the Old Navy. He sits at the bar looking moody and uninterested. A busty blonde interrupts his afternoon smoke.

Busty Blonde: May I have a light?
C.lee: Without even noticing her bussoms, he just flicks his lighter and she puffs away.
Busty Blonde: Thank you....I'm sorry... my friend down there "she points to her brunette friend sitting on the table across the way", we were wondering...Are you alone?

Voice Over: "Are you alone?" is asking two things. On the surface, it asks whether C.lee can sustain his fidelity, or will he lie and cheat with his consummate expertise, confirming the self-loathing he's mostly held at bay this entire time. . But at a deeper level, the question confirms what we've always known about C.lee, and perhaps fear of ourselves: that there is a space between people that can never be bridged, and that we are always alone. This is incredibly pointed with C.lee because he uses this knowledge and his masterful psychological insight to slide dreams into these empty spaces in the soul in his work as a detective. Perhaps the memory of childhood, where we were connected and were loved is the greatest example of this. C.lee takes the desire for love, the desire to escape loneliness, and unites it with the idea of self loathing.

C.lee takes a deep breathe and gives them both a smiling look....

You only live twice, or so it seems
One life for yourself, and one for your dreams
You drift through the years and life seems tame
Till one dream appears and love is its name
And love is a stranger who'll beckon you on
Don't think of the danger or the stranger is gone
This dream is for you, so pay the price
Make one dream come true, you only live twice
And love is a stranger who'll beckon you on
Don't think of the danger or the stranger is gone
This dream is for you, so pay the price
Make one dream come true, you only live twice
