Oh I wasn't even talking about him, just the general idea of sequels having to still be in that timeframe where the kids are still kids. If you want to thirst over a grown-ass man hanging out with animals in the jungle, just watch the 1994 Jungle Book or George of the Jungle instead.

I don’t think he had anything to do with the DTV junk on a creative level. But I’m sure he had ideas where he would take it had they made an actual theatrical sequel back in the day.
