Liquor Question

I'm a "leave me the f*** alone, I'm recording!"- lock the door then check the Hype 'cause figuring out the harmonies for the 4th guitar track is too daunting-Drinker.

Captain Morgan and Coke.
Absolute Vodka and Sprite.
Straight Scotch.

Scotch. Rocks. Sometimes neat.

Glenlivet most of the time, because more places have it. Johniie Walker Black is the cheapest I'll go, but I LOVE Johnnie Walker Blue and Dalmmore 18 year

How do you guys afford this stuff? Maybe it's just because I'm in Canada (EDIT: Ontario) and our liquor is taxed big time, but if I stuck to the good stuff every time I drank, I would have to stop eating. Or maybe it's because I drink too much.

Hm.

Jameson whiskey

Smithwicks,Bass, Carlsberg beer

Most South African wines, so freakin good

Kirsberry - Danish Cherry Liquer

(I like sweet liquors)

Our taxes are lower because we don't have the health care required to treat us for consuming too much alcohol.

Good choices there.

I'm mostly a rum drinker, don't really like Vodka unless its in a shot but Tequila is my prefered. I do like Appletons, nice strong Jamaican rum.

i think whiskey is the best 'all around' drink. you can't just sit there and sip on a glass of vodka or tequila, but a nice whiskey (or bourbon) and ice, with a little bit of water is just, relaxing.

Couple of options...

Godfather - Scotch and Amaretto
Margaritas (I know, but you can make them as 'manly' as you like by adding more tequilla) - Tequilla and a good 'Margy' mix

Depends. A good vodka martini is just basically sipping on vodka, and the more expensive dark tequilas (Jose Black for one) can be served quite easily on the rocks or with coke.

It's all about the Sambuca. That's mine and a mates shot of choice. Or sometimes we will have a shot of half Sambuca and half Aftershock.

Jack Daniels always goes down well but I'm more of a lager man, Carlsberg, Carling or Stella or Vodka man, normally Vodka and Red Bull...

I've tried Sambuca but didn't like the taste but I could settle for an Aftershock. I got a taste for cocktails when staying at an all inclusive hotel in Cancun.

It's all about the Grey Goose . . . and what I really like to do shots of is some Patron silver . . . the good thing about that is, it gets you FUACKED and doesn't kill your stomach too bad, cuz both liquors are white . . .

Grey Goose La Vanille - straight up.
Bacardi Strawberry - straight up.

OLD CROW.. who cares?

btw, are we going with what tastes good? is economical? or just something to get a good buzz to?
