Sure about that?

Why would I lie?
Recieved an e-mail from Best Buy.

Also check out Go Nintendo they have an article about Wiis being kept in the backroom. Basically a PR thing for Best Buy, instead of leaving customers confused and calling stores they will tell them and to make sure every store in the country has them, they have to wait.

You can call Nintendo and say that your Wii is broken and they will send you a replacement within the next 3 days.

dont know if its been posted, but bestbuy will have Wii available sunday morning.

I might get one Saturday, if I get to the store early. Dear God, I hope I get it. I

Does anyone know when Baltimore will get more Wii's? They are like, sold out everywhere.

Hey call Gamestop at Westside shopping center ask for Marcus and tell him Beasley sent ya. He'll give you a call when they're in. Thats how I got mine

all bestbuys should be gettin them in for sale on sunday morning, youll also be able to get more wiimotes. im not sure about the nunchuck though.

your lookin at about 40 systems, at least thats how my store is. this all should be in the sunday morning paper.

Hmmm. maybe I'll be able to find a classic controller.

Well, I had some friends who went early to get a Wii from Best Buy, and as it so happens, they couldn't get one, because there were too many people their.

But...they went ahead and waited to get in and ended up being able to grab a Classic Controller and Nunchuck attachment for me. While I paid them back for it, it's awsome since I didn't know when I would be able to grab one, since they have been out since the system debuted.

That is what I call a true friend. :D

Cool.

I'm reviving this thread, not because I need a Wii, but I have a friend that does. After reviewing posts left here, it is obvious that we have good sources. Any tips, anyone?

BTW, this was my 1,300th post. YES!

I need one as well. Anyone know anything about upcoming shipments?

HENDERSON, Nevada — Hard-core and casual Nintendo fans anxious for new systems and games will need to brave an emptier-than-planned winter, according to Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime.

During a quick interview at last week's Design Innovate Create Entertain (DICE) conference, the Nintendo executive laid out plans to satisfy some of the highest-profile and some of the more obscure wants of the growing collection of Nintendo fans.

"We apologize that it continues to be a difficult problem to get your hands on [a Wii]," he said, acknowledging the short supply that has stymied many people anxious to get their hands on Nintendo's new console. "The fact is, we manufactured 4 million Wii consoles by the end of the calendar year. Our challenge was getting them not only into our warehouses and then into warehouses of our retailers, but there is some handling of the consoles in terms of putting the "Wii Sports" disc in. That whole inventory chain is what prevented us from selling all 4 million that had been produced." He said production is being ramped to 1 million systems a month, with a further ramp-up in the future.

After all this time I am still Wii-less. I figured if I was patient I would be rewarded with a nice console by now but alas, no luck.

This is getting ridiculous, It's been how long? and I still can't find one anywhere. I played one for the first time last night at a friends house it was incredible. I want one so bad now. I got to play Super Marion Bros. for the first time in like six years.

Yesterday on my way home from work I got a call from my wife. She had been calling all the stores on my way to see if anyone had a Wii and she found one. They kept the last one for me so I am now the happy owner of a Wii and Zelda Twilight Princess.
