Loki LOKI General Discussion Thread

they killed it again - awesome poster.
Looks like Kang will be the third Timekeeper besides Vorth and Zanth

Another question: why is Richard Lewis in the center?

Is there any clue what the clock character will be? Like a cute Baby Groot gimmick or the personificartion of time, voiced by Richard E Grant?

I wonder how much power and which abilities Loki is going to have/display in this series.

Shirtless Loki is nice :oldrazz:

I imagine Marvel will officially release it (i.e. add it to their youtube channel) today or tomorrow.

lol at the "absolutely not" at the end of that clip

Out of all the marvel series, this is the one I've most looked forward to.

I was loki-ng forward to this, since it was announced

They borrowed heavily from Thor: Ragnarok - particularly when Thor is first apprehended in Sakaar.

'Loki' takes over: Tom Hiddleston on his new TV series and a decade in the MCU

Is this out on 9th June worldwide or just the US?

Pretty sure they've been dropping these series worldwide on D+ on the same date (I think.... someone is free to correct me if I'm wrong though)

I've tried looking it up on Google & some places say 9th & some say 11th. It's no big deal I just wondered because I might get Disney+ for a month & watch both Loki & WandaVision inside the month if possible.

The original premier date WAS going to be Friday the 11th - so the articles you're seeing might be old(er) articles referring to that original date, but then - what - a week or so ago they released an announcement indicating it was dropping on Wednesday the 9th instead of the 11th ("Wednesdays are the new Fridays")

edit: also - with Loki (as with WandaVision and Falcon&WinterSoldier when they originally aired), it'll be a new episode each week - they don't dump the entire season at once like Netflix does. So with 6 episodes, unless they double up occasionally, Loki will run for 6 weeks, so you'll need D+ longer than a month ;)
