Don't have pets anymore, but it's misery trying to adjust. Doing everything 'an hour earlier' solved that problem

It's worse for me when we lose an hour. I got an extra hour's sleep last night so I'm fine.

Not everyone has the luxury, but I go to bed 'an hour early', too. Which means I get up at 3am (now)
