Don't have pets anymore, but it's misery trying to adjust. Doing everything 'an hour earlier' solved that problem

It's worse for me when we lose an hour. I got an extra hour's sleep last night so I'm fine.

Not everyone has the luxury, but I go to bed 'an hour early', too. Which means I get up at 3am (now)

Yeah they're getting harder to spot. This one's tell is the Road Runner moving in a straight line and dust magically appearing from pavement. If it was a dirt road, it would make more sense.

I'd go for that, I would guess it's there because that's how message boards have done it forever.
Some traditions age out and become archaic and meaningless.
