The only DC flick I'm really digging is JOKER. Hope they evolve from the Ledger-ish look.

MCU wise, its Infinity war 2. That's gonna be dope. You can burn the rest lol.

FOX makes some interesting movies. Hopefully the next two are as good as Deadpool 2 and Logan. I mean quality wise, not that they are similar movies.

Sony made Venom, and i'm in for Venom 2

But apart from that outside CBMs, man i'm excited for First Man. And Crimes of Grindelwald.

Forgot about this, yeah count me in for that. Not comic book related though.

Infinity War 2 I'm looking forward to yeah, but in the same sense as Aquaman. That is, looking forward to but not hyped like I was for previous DC movies. I could be hyped for Reeves' Batman but since all we hear from that front is crickets there's nothing.

Might be that I've got no energy to get hyped for stuff atm, too much going on otherwise.

Ok, I had no interest at all on this movie until I saw this...

Now I might have to check it out, that was awesome :D

Just finished Sorry to Bother you. Was really excited for this.

Its okay. Not GREAT. Not Horrible. Lakeith Stanfield is a BRILLIANT actor, as always, does really well here. Armie Hammer is so underrated. I never liked Tessa Thompson, and dont like her here either, and I dont find her attractive either lol. The story had a lot of potential, but the execution could have been better, there were pacing issues. Lot of interesting ideas tho.

I'll be honest, I havent seen it yet but I'm not sure what about the trailers had people so over the moon hyped about it. It looked like a very weird, mildly entertaining movie to me. But apparently its this super subversive film that changes the game like Get Out!

Btw.....I didnt think Get Out was that mind blowing of a film either. Good but not life changing.

I dont think its like Get Out at all. Very different vibe. I liked Get Out.

Interesting.

I've been very curious about it, so I hope to watch it this weekend.

Batman : "Who are these two ?"

Rotten Tomatoes: "Venom's first standalone movie turns out to be like the comics character in all the wrong ways—chaotic, noisy, and in desperate need of a stronger attachment to Spider-Man."

Erm no?? Am I the only one who thought it really worked without Spider-Man? We really got to know Eddie and understand the relationship he has with Venom. It worked really well IMO.

I haven't seen Venom movie but I think we can imagine the Raimi's Spider-Man 3 as a vague prequel to Venom, as it gives us comic book accurate origin and the current movie gives us comic book accurate Venom (personality wise.)

I was never a big enough venom fan to be interested in anything involving the character without spider-man. That’s probably one reason I didn’t pay to see it.

Also, the trailers didn’t do anything for me, so those two factors combined pretty much decided that for me.

I'll be shocked if Venom earned more money than any of the Spider-Man movies.

Robles has been a mixed bag. You have him and a few others like Daniel RPK and KC Walsh. Those are the alternatives to the trade reporters.

The problem with the scoops in this franchise has been that ever since all the "This movie is a train wreck and the studio has been re-editing everything" rumors about Suicide Squad proved correct (despite denials from people in charge), it's been open season. Just given the DCEU's overall reputation, no potential choice sounds stupid enough to be outside the realm of possibility.

Yeah it's incredibly hit or miss and often goes off really old info.
