Whoever is marketing DC Universe should know that dark, edgy treatment of Titans is not going down well with general audience, this is not Daredevil or Jessica Jones.

Titans should be fun like Justice League. :o

I assumed the derisive reactions to the trailer were why the clip they released today was far more overtly comedic than anything they showed before.

My post was posted before I saw the new Titans clip.

Decided to re-watch the Ocean's Trilogy before watching Ocean's 8. The movie was okay, not as bad as I was expecting, but the cast just doesn't have the same chemistry/zing/pop the previous cast had. I could watch those guys hang out for hours, it was just such a fun time with them. I didn't get the same with Ocean's 8. The characters came across as being too try-hard to be cool, smooth.

The Skwad II thread has f**kall activity. This will probably get more visibility here.

It's the layout, all threads have so much less activity. I can stand this board for 5 minutes then I just log out.

That's how theaters make money in this all-time low and still decreasing consumer market.

That sucks. Cinemas near me do kids club viewings and all sorts of things to make it as cheap as possible.

I made the mistake of going to one of those (unknowingly) for The Avengers and it was a nightmare. :funny:

It's becoming more expensive and more of a hassle since nobody wants to spend all that money and then sit in dirty theaters with sticky floors and teenagers who won't shut the **** up during the movie.

Loud sounds from speakers, and noisy people still manage to bother other audience. Something is wrong when loud annoying people are this bothersome in a room sooooo loud.
And whoever soils seats in public should be punished by being forced to sit on some of those seats for hours.

It appears the filmmakers are attempting to make a grounded, black ops style film that could find its way to an R rating. That would fit the tonal shift that O’Connor’s team is attempting to make to differentiate their project from its predecessor.

So basically, what they should have done with the first Suicide Squad. Nice.
