The Punisher S2 (starting) episode 6...

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm really enjoying the Punisher having a "teenage female sidekick", don't know if this ever happened in the comics, but I feel she adds a lot the the dynamics and humor and actually adds a lot to Frank's character.

I'm really liking this season so far.

Dude. I just signed on about 10 minutes ago and was literally about to say, "That new girl on Punisher is like the teenage sidekick I never knew I wanted." ha ha

I was afraid of them adding Cyborg to the roster cause he really annoyed me in his earlier appearances, though his ire was understandable as a Cyborg who is not allowed to play sports he love anymore.

It goes back to when all those rumors about Suicide Squad having heavy reshoots and being a mess behind the scenes turned out to be true.
Now pretty much anything about DC (especially if it’s negative) is given far more weight, regardless of whether or not it’s true. We had the supposed anonymous crewmmember who claimed Wonder Woman was a train wreck, for instance.

The refreshing thing about James Wan and David Sandberg is their willingness to shoot down false stories.

This is a very interesting question.

I don't know whether being smart is a subset of being wise, but being smart does not mean being wise for sure. So yea, I agree with you.

Wisdom is deemed to be the supreme mental quality. Basically everything you learn and every way you improve your intellect should lead to greater and greater wisdom.

But can a truly wise person act child-like? Hm. I think being wise means you can recognize when to act child-like and when not.

Btw, my teacher worked on Oscar campaigning and he said Oscars are now like completely about behind the scenes politics and strongs campaigns and lobbying. So why be even surprised...

There's that old adage "from the mouth of babes", the idea that a child can sometimes see a truth that adults are blind to. That their perspective can allow them a particular form of wisdom.
Perhaps it is akin to simplifying a problem, not getting lost in the minutiae. Maybe it's the idea that they have not yet become set in a particular way of thinking so are more likely to think outside the box.
