I’ve got a feeling Chris is doing MOS 2 with Henry with it filming as soon as Henry is done with The Witcher. He didn’t say that he turned down DC, in fact he said the reports are not accurate and that’s all he could say. I’ve got a good feeling about that. The next Mission Impossible isn’t out until 2021, so they COULD film MOS 2 this year and release late summer next year. It is a possibility.

If McQ is shooting MI7 and 8 back to back in 2020 then he'll be working on both scripts this year unfortunately

Those scripts could be much further along than we know. Plus, MI7 could be slotted for late 2021. We know very little. On top of that, 90% of the comic movies that are officially announced come out of no where.
