I’ve got a feeling Chris is doing MOS 2 with Henry with it filming as soon as Henry is done with The Witcher. He didn’t say that he turned down DC, in fact he said the reports are not accurate and that’s all he could say. I’ve got a good feeling about that. The next Mission Impossible isn’t out until 2021, so they COULD film MOS 2 this year and release late summer next year. It is a possibility.

If he signed a deal with WB to do a DC movie, he will do it after MI7 and 8.

I mean this is obvious. Of course it was Warner Bros who wanted JL asap. Zack and Goyer came into this with only Superman on their minds, nothing else.

That's nothing new although I am not surprised Superman and Batman didn't test higher. I think the audience wanted to see more of the new heroes since they already know and seen Superman and Batman. Same thing happened with the Avengers and the audience wanting to see more of Cap and Hulk.

Eh, I still don't think all of the solos are needed. They're just 2 hour ads.

When even Snyder himself supposedly wanted solos before the big team up, I just don’t see how you can still try to jump to the finish line before laying the groundwork.

There’s a very small chance they could’ve just skipped to JL and make it the success that it should have been. They’d either need an accomplished director who could guarantee a win at the box office or an all star cast, and JL had neither of those.
