Tired of children acting like children. Tired of adults acting like children. Tired of people freaking out and acting like people having an opinion they don't share is the equivalent of them ***** slapping their grandmother and calling them a mother****er. The US against THEM mentality has gotten very thin. If critics like your movie they are geniuses....if the critics don't like your movie they are baby raping Satanists.

If this is the way people act over comic book movies....no wonder the world is in the mess it is.

Some of these people are just as bad as the religious nuts if not worse. At least most religions don't come out with new material for people to fight over every few years.

Super heroes act on the human psyche much in the same way religion does. There is a reason the terminology such as canon and mythology is used. Even knowing it's all fictional the connection and passion isn't too different.

I think the morality and having to live your life a certain way (and not necessarily having the option of not doing that), as well as the things that have happened in the name and defence of religion are quite a lot further reaching though. I can keep my cool nowadays nearly all the time whatever anyone says about CBMs here, and enjoy the vast majority of conversations I have even on so-called toxic subjects. But I could't imagine debating religion on a religion forum.

Well that's where the conscious realization that an individual understands the total fictional nature of super heroes makes all the difference.

Seeing it at 11am Fri. Going to the sub-optimal local theater. Though they had gotten rid of the all encompassing urine smell that was there when I saw Logan at the establishment when I saw Thor there so... Progress?
