Don't know which 52 you've been reading, but Renee is pretty f-ing hot in it.

we finally get some news, but it's not the type of news i wanna hear. first off, i ABSOLUTELY HATE recasting in films!!!!! try to get Katie back, and if not, write her character off!!! as for Dent, Matt Damon would have been pretty awesome. but i do not like the idea of Josh Lucas, Ed Norton, and much less Jamie Foxx. please please, let it be Joaquin Phoenix.

On the Katie Holmes bit - I hate recasting so i really hope (for once) that Latino Review are completely wrong about this!

The feeling i got from interviews etc. is that Nolan and the cast really like her both as a person and a actress. Bale and Freeman even went to her post wedding party recently so i don't think theres any bad blood. PERHAPS Katie wants to be stay-at-home mom for a while and take care of her daughter?IF thats the case then i have the utmost respect for her decision but i'd rather they axe the character than recast it.

On the casting notices - The female cop sounds like Montoya. Sounds like they're aiming for a Elizabeth Peña type. Why don't they just cast Elizabeth Peña?
