Does he still have his Green Lightsaber in his possession at the end of RotJ? Honestly, given how disposable they seem in attack of the Clones, I wont be offended if he lost it with his fathers lightsaber when the Death Star II blew, and fabricated a new one.

It's a legitimate question seeings how he literally threw it down in defiance of the Emperor and we never saw him retrieve it.

But he does have at the celebration at the end, indicating he picked it back up off screen before trying to escort Vader to the shuttle.

He has it in Shattered Empire. So yes it is canon that he took it with him when fleeing the Death Star II.

Yes, he shows up in the third act out of nowhere, fights Kylo while blindfolded, then uses the force to crush the entire Starkiller base, kills Snoke from halfway across the galaxy and makes sure the force awakens in time for work.
