Posted by DarkUFO at Monday, November 26, 2012

Resident Evil actress Sienna Guillory has joined the third season of BBC America’s Luther as a love interest for Idris Elba’s titular detective, Deadline reports.

Guillory will play an employee of a vintage clothing shop who meets Luther by chance.

Season 3, which will consist of four one-hour episodes, finds Luther investigating two conflicting crimes while dodging a ruthless ex-cop determined to bring him down.

Honestly I always had a problem with Luther helping Alice Morgan get out of jail in second season. She's still a murderer and she killed her parents. I mean maybe her parents were *****, but we don't know that.

Luther probably felt he owed her one seeing as she did kill the guy who murdered his ex-wife and set him up.

ethically him getting her out was questionable.

Luther has always done ethically questionable things.

By yeah, i think she got her out of the asylum, not prison, in season 2 because she helped him when no one else would.

Yeah but she did it because she like wants to eat his brain and absorb his soul. She wants to wear like his brain as a hat.

There is a attraction between Alice and John.

Alice is a psychopath but I don't think she would harm John, she sees him as a kindred spirit in a weird way. John is scared of her but also knows she isn't all bad, atleast compared to the lunatics he usually deals with.

If Alice became a serial killer I think John would try and bring her down but otherwise he seems cautiously ambivalent.

They're similar to Clarice Starling and Hannibal Lector in a certain way. One won't harm the other because they respect them.

I hope Paul McGann is back. I liked the relationship his character and Luther had in the 1st 2 episodes of series 2. It looked like they had become friends after what they had gone through at the end of series 1.

^Yeah, that was a cool dynamic. Correct me if i'm wrong, but was he being hidden by John for his protection due to the events at the end of season 2? It seems like he was in some sort of police protection type program.....just like John had mentioned to Alice, that he had her committed for her protection too......?

But Alice murdered her parents. For all we know, her parents weren't bad people.

Great first episode.

That was one hell of a way to get rid of fingerprints!

I liked when Stark put Ripley in a Sleeper hold.

The head coming through the ceiling was some horror movie level stuff lol.

So good, really horrorish throughout. Can't believe what's his face is agreeing with Luther needing to be taken out of the force. Yeah, he does things his way but he always gets results. He's the African-British Batman...

I jumped a little when he came out from under the bed......:woot:

Great 2nd episode.

I loved how Luther handled the Internal affairs haters in their grot cave. Also the pciture message bit made me laugh.

Why are half the homes in this show crumbling wrecks with peeling paint and wallpaper?

The nurse house scene was tense
