Yes. Turns out, theres been a new document in the internal secure documents which involve an investigation into Notaro.

This leads me to believe we probably shouldnt try to log in to the GPIAD with his info because:

A) Theres already a document ABOUT him
B) Notaro shouldnt have access to the files at the GPIAD, he's just a GPD beat cop

Naw man, that info was used in the viral a LONG time ago, sometime after the first edition of the GPD files. Old news, though good effort. This whole GPIAD tangent is the wrong direction for now
