]The man in the one with the blonde woman is clearly not Frank. So if that's Frank's wife, she's got some 'splaining to do!
Do you all agree that they are pictures taken by James Levine, and are not of Frank and his family necessarily?
My e-mail to them.
"My 19 year old daughter has been missing for a long time now and the
Gotham Police have done nothing to help find her.
I fear she may be running with a bad crowd. Please help me find my
daughter Harleen Quinzel."
looking through the html of gpdmcu.com there is an image that seems to be commented out.... I'm sure it means nothing but this is the link and the image...

I vote it means nothing. sry. Other than the Joker sites we just don't get clues in the html.
Yes many times in many different ways, does nothing. If there is a response it's automatic for example enter James Gordon. If you enter a name that it recognises, like James Gordon it says he's salt of the earth blah blah blah.
I tried and got this response:
Thank you for your submission. Officer Francis Notaro is currently being investigated to determine his guilt or innocence.
We Are The Answer will keep the citizens of Gotham informed regarding this, and other, investigations of police officers.

I do not know what the code string is if anything, the original responses I got before were thank you for your concern.

is this new, when did you get this and where from?
Finally![]()
I'm trying that code with different decoders, and they all keep getting an error.
When you submit a tip of Frank Notaro to We are the answer, you get that email. Before it was just the other generic one. I think this could be new.
*crosses fingers*

Just sent in a tip for Notaro and got the same response, garbled letters and all.
Looks like something new but could just be bad HTML in the form code of the website.
Have we tried anyone else to see if its just frank?
