How much does it cost altogether to make a good looking costume
How much does it cost altogether to make a good looking costume
I want the traditional costume much like the one from the film and raised webbing, how much would it cost if I wanted to make one myself? That's a really big question.
First, do you want the traditional spiderman costume or a variant (like Scarlet Spider or Black suit Spidey? just to mention a few)?
Second, do you want a comic-style version or a movie-accurate replica?
Third, do you want raised webbing or printed webbing? If raised, do you want tulip paint or urethane webs?
Are we adding a face shell and custom lenses?
*pant* *pant*
Anywhere from a few hundred for a cheap one or a few thousand for a movie-accurate one with all the trimmings (best lenses, faceshell etc).

If you want to make one like the movie's, yourself.. It would cost you upwards of $3000, just to get an engineer to CNC the molds for the webs. That's not including if you have to commision someone to make the pattern in a 3D program, for the machine to work off of. That's also not including molds or patterns for a front spider, back spider, and each of the lenses frames.
Then your next big step is making a photoshop pattern with the correct coloring, muscle shading, brick work, and web guide-lines. You'll need to find a big dye-sublimation printer who can print that off onto fabric for you. Which runs a few hundred bucks a print.
Once you get that far, come back for the rest.![]()
Nope, it's shut down for now.
My guess is he just didn't pay for the domain, considering it's down at the first of the month. No sense in keeping it up if he's not taking orders atm.
I'd like to let everyone know that he is not pulling any scams though. I just recieved a package from him a few days ago. I've worked with Schuurkes for awhile.. so, don't worry or complain if you have orders you've already paid for; you'll get them.
You're exactly rightThey shut me down, because the bill wasn't paid. Doesn't come at a very bad time though, because I'm working on a new website. Problem is however that they shut down my email as well, so if anyone needs to contact me use my old one [email protected]
