I agree. I don't think Halo2 (while technically better) was as much fun as Halo the first. Maybe just because it wasn't as new as this time around. I still haven't played Halo 3, but I hae yet to buy a 360...I still can't decide if it's time to go next-gen quite yet.

Makes sense. I'm more of an all-around type of gamer. The only type of game I won't give a second look is a non-basketball sports game, sim racer, or certain RPGs. I'v only bought FFXII and before that it was Animorphs on the PC. I was a huge fan of the series, but if I go back and play it I'm 99% sure I would think it was crap.

MArio Galaxy looks pretty amazing. Makes me want to go get a Wii. And I am super excited about Assasin's Creed- I can't wait to play it!

I just got Galaxy. Its definitely a top 3 candidate. Granted, I dont have any idea about AC yet, but it would be hard to top this.
