POTC 2 was awesome! I loved this film.

This is how you do a movie with action, adventure, drama, epic visuals, music, romance, and a touch of light-hearted humor. Gore Verbinski is the man! I can't get the theme from Pirates out of my head, and that's always a good sign of a strong film on the horizon.

This was the first film I'd seen in a while where there were lines all the way out, and people being turned away because the theatres were filled. I think this film will be around for a while. I'm anxious to see how well it does over a regular weekend because it really was awesome, IMO and I can't wait for the next one next year.

I didn't like the first Pirates that much, and I hated SR and loved Pirates 2.

I'm hoping to catch POTC2 tomorrow afternoon, with my gf. However, from the internet reports it seems like I'd better buy the tickets in advance, and wait in line an hour before the show starts, if I don't want to end up in a seat that'll give me neck cramp afterward.

Hmm...I didn't even know there was a scene at the end of PotC1. Is there one at the end of PotC2? If there is I'll be kind of mad because I didn't stay behind to watch it. I loved it btw...I like SR but there's no doubt in my mind that PotC2 is a better movie overall.
