Man-thing reboot?

With the right director,budget,screen writer...this could fly...just imagine it straight from the comics on the big screen.
Maybe it needs a cameo in a movie from a more recognisable character, (dr Strange,maybe even Thor?) that dwells in the same dark corner of the MCU.
Any Thoughts? (besides ''it wouldn't work'')
Already diggin' the Human fly rumour...so...who knows?

I've thought a Dead of Night Marvel movie could incorporate a large variety of "dark" characters. Even Blade, whose rights they now have.

they could set up a midnight sons movie with blade and man thing, maybe morbius, he doesn't necessarily have to be introduced in spider man.

Dead of Night sounds cool....but does a ''Tales of the crypt'' styled movie not seem a little outdated? (althought,that horror element in the comic worked well enough)

A Midnight sons movie could be outragious!! (if the rights of Ghostrider revert back to Marvel,it could work even better!!)
To be honest,i should have thought of that!....a good thought-out story line + a impressive budget for FX could make a winner!!!

Yes with the right director, cast, budget and story, a Man-Thing movie could be great. But I don't think Marvel or any studio will want to make another movie about Man-Thing.
