Manips Competition 2: United

well my original idea was going to be x-men vs. (certain other movie characters) but that doesn't fit with the guidelines.

Then I thought about doing Colossus vs. Juggs. But theres no good images of Colossus to use. So now I'm back to square one.

jesus, that's the most messed thing someone could do. but if you guys agree I can take the "only x-men" rule out.

This is the most friendly contest I've seen. I guess that's good...

Man, Storm vs Jean would rock. I myself always wanted to make such a manip. Actually, now I wonder why I've never done it. I'll get to it in February...

Does anybody know how to save gifs on imageready 2? It won't seem to work for me.

I'm not expert but all I do is Save Optimized... and then it automatically saves it like that. Sometimes I have had problems if I open the images as frames directly into ImageReady it won't let me save it unless I "Edit In Photoshop" and then return to Imageready for some reason...???
BTW can we do animations for this I still have no clue as an idea for me to do but a couple ideas might be better if animated??? (altho for me personally i wanna try to keep mine to something really simple for practice)

Not for the competiton, but I wanted to know what some of my manips would like as a gif but they won't save.

I always send them back to photoshop and then go to "Save For web". There you can choose the quality of the gif, how many colors, etc.

Has any one of you thought about downloading a program called "Poser"?
It's a program that allows you to create 3D models really easy. You can create bodies of al sizes, give them all kinds of haircuts and colors and dress them up.
It might come in handy for those who can't find what they need among screenshots from the movies or promo pics. I don't know if Poser is free though.
