Super Mario Mario Kart Wii Online

I just got the game & I tried my first race with the Wii Wheel & it will take some getting used to but I freaking love the Wii Wheel

i really really hate the fact that in Muliplayer battle mode, you can't play one on one with someone/friend............. you have to play in teams. That sucks

Don't know what Nintendo was thinking with that. If you've got crappy players on your team, you're done. And even getting rid of 2P Grand Prix. 1P is always lame in MK, so why not include it? So some negatives to this game but overall its fun.

i agree. when they first talked about this game , they said 32 person battle online....now its teams and 12.... i guess they did tests and what not and found for the network to run smoothly... they just couldnt do it, so im glad , if that was the reason.

so far this is 100 times better then smash bros as far as my online experience

You would have to try it out. Probably get the option to select teams.

anyone getting frustrated with the wheel? i ended up switching to the gamecube control by the time i got to 150cc... its fun to use, before that.. but the faster speeds and more chaos i found it much harder to have full control over my car...


im just glad i figured out how to slide with both controls

well like MKDD, the carts very... theres 3 classes of drivers small, medium and large, each class has a diff set of vehicles which have verying stats.

the Small class consists of:
Toad
Toadette
Baby Mario
Baby Luigi
Baby Peach
Baby Daisy
Koopatroopa
Dry Bones
Bowser Jr (pretty sure)
Diddy Kong (i believe)

The medium class consists of:
Mario
Luigi
Peach
Daisy
Waluigi
Yoshi
Birdo

the large class consists of:
Bowser
DryBowser
Wario
Rosalina
Mii
Dk
Funky Kong

I'm shocked to see them class Rosalina with the Heavy weighters.

I hate when they make unlockable characters a ***** to get in a game like this where they are nothing more than ''YOUR FAVORITE CHARACTER." in Smash Bros at least they have a reason to make certain characters hard to get.

who's ur favorite thats hard to get? dry bowsers the hardest... rosalina was the third one i got.. easy as pie

and ps. rosalina is big class because she's pretty tall... plus in mario galaxy it's shown she also "grows" not to mention a lil star follows her on her vehicle

o and it appears that either A) the boy mii's are heavy weights and the girls are medium.... or B) nintendo actually took into account size and weight from ones mii design

I'm not in a huge rush to get most of the unlockables I've only gotten King Boo and Birdo so far. I'm working on Rosalina though.

i like finished one cup and got her... it was really easy, though it's much harder if you don't have a mario galaxy save file

ya u have to beat all the 50cc cups i think? if not then just like 3 or 4... shouldn't take you very long

..... dude seriously? lol more stars the better... lol 1 is good 3 is excellent. now im not sure how you get them.. cuz i've gotten first on 4 tracks and only got an A... so i think you need to show great skill, maybe under a certain amount of time? etc.... to get more

baby daisy you get by at least getting 1 star on every 50cc

daisy you get by just completing the 150cc special cup...

now for funky and baby luigi im not quite sure how to unlock the expert in time trials... maybe by beating every ghost?

That's how it worked for me, finishing off the insanely easy 50CC.

... uh yeah, but not if u have a nice lead. me and my roomie only have drybowser, funky and baby luigi o and the 2 mii outfits. after that its just whatever karts we missed
