The Flash Mark Hamill is the Trickster (again)

Abra Kadabra kind of doesn't really belong amongst the Rogues. His premise should have him as a solo villain, whose rather out of their league.

Really hope Kadabra gets used as a season big bad for this reason, heck he was practically Wally's archenemy.

How about Robert Wisdom?

He is a Prison Break alum so that's never a bad thing. Plus he was Uriel on Supernatural. He is a strong actor and appears to be not doing anything much right now. Plus, race bending Abra Kadabra could be a good choice since his rogues gallery is very... dare I say... 'white'. The only downside is his age so if we could get past that, Wisdom would be a great choice, IMO.
